If you haven’t heard of the Rosedale Club and you live in Toronto, you’re living under a rock. This facility has been popping up in all of my feeds for sometime now and I thought I would take a moment to check out their state-of-the-art gym and give everyone a rundown.
This 18,000 sq. ft members-only facility is located in Rosedale just north of Yonge and Bloor, and it literally has something for everyone. With more than 45 classes held every week starting as early as 6:00am and going as late as 7:30pm, The Rosedale Club has everything you need to reach your fitness goals. With cycle, strength & conditioning, cardio, core, mind and body, dance, and yoga classes available, there are options for people at every fitness level.
While I visited the space I tried a boot-camp class, which was way more challenging than I expected. I worked up a good sweat during class and was pushed past my comfort zone by the instructor, but it was awesome. Membership at the Rosedale Club also has its perks — there are several different types of membership that include VIP, corporate and personal options.
As a member, you receive a full one-on-one fitness consultation and body composition analysis, goal-setting and nutrition workshops, and access to club amenities like their spa-inspired change rooms with steam baths and aromatic eucalyptus towel service.
If you’re in the neighbourhood, I definitely recommend you stop in and check out the facility. They have incredible amenities, an even better staff, and a little something for everybody.
